Shipment conditions
 
The shipment of the goods takes place within 2-3 working days from the receipt of the order .
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHIPMENT: The times of delivery the articles started for the moment in which bought they let the store, not since the moment in which the order it is sent. Customs taxes and taxes (Destinazioni outside from the UE countries) duties and/or taxes on importation can be imposed by the local government on the shipments coming from foreign countries. Such expenses are separated by the Morgana.ve.it expenses and on them we do not have any control. Such costs (if you present) are to Favore of the local government. The customer is responsible for the payment of all the taxes imposed by the local government. For further information, turn to the local postal office. The times of delivery they change from 1-3 days for Europe to 2-5 for the Extraeurope countries. Our production is entirely realized to hand and therefore it is craftmade. For such reason it could happen, only exceptionally, that some articles are not available at the moment of the order. We will be any way able to carry out all the orders whithin 20-30 days in such cases. In every case of greater strength, or fortuitous case, we will not be responsible for the delay or the missed delivers and we will have the faculty to to solve in everything or part the contract, suspend or put off the execution.

It is consented withdrawal's righ in 7 (seven) days from ware's reception.
 
Withdrawal right's modalities.
The consumer, who wants to use withdrawal right's must send, in 7 (seven) days from ware's reception, a register letter with reception's advice containing: the will use the benefits of law, the indication of relative product, the progresive numbero of order, done of order's, purchase's moment and relòative data to own bank current (banking istitute, agency of reference, c.c. number) to following address:

Otherwise, consumer can send:
 
a telegram in 7 (seven) days from product's reception, at above indicated address, in this case, the communications must be confirmed in 48 hours from telegram's sending trough a registered letter with reception's advice send to above mentioned address.to obtain the repayment of corresponding in the 7 (seven) days from product's reception, consumer must moreover send to sender per post the product for whic he wants to apply withdrawal right's. Attention:packing must be given back perfectly integral and sealed.
If packing is opened or damaged, it is not possible to give it back. Product must be accompained with delivery note and/or from accompanyng ware's bill enclosed to product at delivery moment. Corresponding's repayment in 30 days from communication's receipt, in which consumer express the will to apply withdrawal right's, Morgana , will provide to repay through bank allowance.
The indicated repay is refered only to product's proce: in every case forwarding expenses and delivery of product won' t be repayed and so they will be at consumer's charge. The necessary condition to apply withdrawal's right os however the substantial product's and pcking's integrity. Moreover, we state that: data are assembled only to assolve imparted disposition, and they will be elettronically according to present laws. Data are obbligatorie, because they permet to enter to service.The refusal to give data causes the annullament of contract and service, wich is subjects of contract, and diffused only in the field of finalities of service done.
